1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation procedures, or contact our support team for assistance.
When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your access to the paid features of the Service will be terminated.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription and not to any renewals or upgrades.
Beyond the 7-day money-back guarantee period, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services. Once a payment has been made for a subscription renewal (monthly or annually), it is non-refundable.
WhatsApp Conversation Credits: Any charges incurred for WhatsApp conversation credits are based on usage and are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
